Deals Aplenty for ARBITRAGE

ARBITRAGE, a taut and alluring suspense thriller about love, loyalty and high finance starring Richard Gere and Susan Sarandon, was one of the high profile films debuting at Sundance without any distributors attached. Well, all that is changing following the well-received premiere here over the weekend. The film is the directorial debut of writer/director Nicholas Jarecki.  Leading Canadian distributor VVS Films has acquired all Canadian rights to the film, which will be released in late 2012 in time for awards season. Lionsgate and Roadside Attractions announced earlier in the week that they had picked up U.S. rights for the film.
