New Leaks On Francis Ford Coppola Film

Francis Ford Coppola, best known for THE GODFATHER trilogy, is returning to the big screen with TWIXT NOW AND SUNRISE, his Edgar Allen Poe-inspired gothic thriller which stars Val Kilmer, Joanne Whalley, Bruce Dern, Ben Chaplin and Elle Fanning. Coppola has kept the project under deep secrecy but it seems that some of it will be shot and released in 3D. Bruce Dern will play the sheriff in a spooky town with a murder mystery, with Kilmer starring as a second tier mystery writer who comes to town and investigates its past. The film will apparently contain various dream sequences done in high surrealist style, echoing his last film TETRO. For example, the centerpiece of the imaginary town is a clock steeple with different time on each of its four sides. With the veteran director’s reputation for perfectionism, it is still unknown when the final cut of the film will be ready for release. There is currently no distributor on board either.
