Winner of 2009 Sundance Grand Jury Prize Changes Title

The movie was originally called “Push: Based on The Novel By Sapphire” but the name has changed to “Precious: Based on The Novel By Sapphire” because there was another movie called “Push.” Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry both got behind the film after it was screened at Sundance; when it opens nationwide you’ll see why on November 6th.
