The first benefit of NewFest membership is Pride.
When you support NewFest with your membership dollars, at any level, you are expressing LGBT pride in a very important way – because you are helping to give greater visibility to films that tell our truths. At a time when corporations are pulling back from sponsorship, your membership dollars make the crucial difference in our ability to bring you the very best in LGBT film, and our ability to support filmmakers who take risks. We’re not only grateful for your support, it comes with benefits!

Enter to win a pair of tickets to PoticheThe new Francois Ozon & Catherine Deneuve comedy opens Friday, March 25th.
NewFest is pleased to give away 4 pairs of tickets to Potiche (Trophy Wife) at the Chelsea Clearview a wild romp about a wealthy, neglected 70’s housewife (Catherine Deneuve), who must step into her husband’s role as head of the family umbrella factory when he falls ill. Our heroine transforms from submissive wife and mother to confident businesswoman with high comedy – and a spectacular array of hair and wardrobe styles. Acclaimed writer-director François Ozon (“Swimming Pool,” “Under the Sand,” “Time to Leave”, “8 Women”), creates a satirical and hilarious take on the war between the sexes and classes.
The New York Times said “With a frothy, sophisticated, quick-witted script, Ms. Deneuve is a joy to behold in one of her most finely tuned, raciest and most gripping performances.”
To enter the draw for a pair of tickets, send an email by March 18th to email@example.com with Potiche Giveaway as the subject and your details in the body of the email. Winners will receive passes by email that are good for MON – THU screenings while the film is playing at the Clearview.
