Denver Film Festival Announces Its Lineup

The 34th Starz Denver Film Festival, which will run in the mile high city from November 2 to 13, will open its 12 day marathon with LIKE CRAZY, the Sundance Film Festival hit by debut director Drake Doremus. In all, 275 films from 47 countries will screen at the event (a Festival record!), including such highlights of the international film festival season as THE DESCENDANTS (Alexander Payne), THE ARTIST (Michel Hazanavicius), BUTTER (Jim Field Smith), CORIOLANUS (Ralph Fiennes), A DANGEROUS METHOD (David Cronenberg), JEFF WHO LIVES AT HOME (Jay and Mark Duplass), MELANCHOLIA (Lars Von Trier), SHAME (Steve McQueen), WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT KEVIN (Lynne Ramsay) and WISH ME AWAY (Sarah Polley). The Festival also hosts competitions of American and international films in the Best Feature Film, New Directors and Best Documentaries sections.
