Donald Trump Documentary Continues Winning Streak

YOU’VE BEEN TRUMPED, a scathing look at real estate mogul Donald Trump and his attempt to build what he claims will be “the greatest golf course in the world” on a protected environmental site in the beautiful hill country of northern Scotland, has won its third major documentary award. Last week, the film clinched the Scottish Screen Archive Prize for Best Feature Documentary at the Edindocs Documentary Film Festival in Edinburgh. In August, the film won the Special Jury Prize at Michael Moore’s Traverse City Film Festival in Michigan, and in June, it won the Green Award, the top environmental award for UK documentaries, at the influential Sheffield International Documentary Festival. The film, directed by Anthony Baxter, was produced by Scottish independent production company Montrose Pictures Ltd and features music from world the celebrated art rock band Sigur Rus and the band’s frontman Jonsi.
