East Harlem Film Festival Debuts

Adding yet another event to the New York film scene is the debut this week of the East Harlem International Film Festival (EHIFF), the first to be set in the multi-cultural Manhattan neighborhood. EHIFF runs through Sunday, June 5 and will feature over 40 films during its 5-day stint. The films selected range from narrative features, documentary features and short films. Along with showcasing films, EHIFF will also feature educational panels on the business of casting films, film distribution, and the process of filmmaking.
