Film Finance Forum At Zurich Film Festival

The Zurich Film Festival in Switzerland is currently on through Sunday, October 2nd. Aside from an impressive mix of European and international films, and a headline-grabbing appearance by director Roman Polanski to pick up (two years late) his Lifetime Achievement Award, the Festival is also offering a forum devoted to film finance at the Grand Hotel Dolder. The Film Finance Forum Zurich is an industry convention for film producers, distributors, and investors featuring Swiss and international speakers to address the ever-changing methodology of film financing, marketing, and distribution. Confirmed guest speakers included Academy Award winner Brian Oliver (Producer, BLACK SWAN), Academy Award winner Greg Shapiro (Producer, THE HURT LOCKER), Roeg Sutherland (Co-Head Film Finance, CAA), Nigel Sinclair (CEO, Exclusive Media Group) and Martin Moszkowicz (Member of the Executive Board, Constantin Film AG).
