Jacob Burns Film Center Hosts Movie Marathon

The Jacob Burns Film Center (JBFC), the cultural arts institution based in lower Westchester County north of New York City, is currently celebrating its 10th anniversary with a series off special events. This weekend, from Saturday, June 18 at 11:00 pm until Sunday, June 19, 11:00 pm, the JBFC will host a 24 Hour Movie Marathon. This marathon, which will take place on two screens at the JBFC Theater, will include previews of four new films, great foreign cinema, fantastic screwball comedies, mind-bending music videos, eye-opening documentaries, classic animation, rarities unavailable on DVD or VHS, and more. There will be a prize for everyone who stays for all 24 hours, in addition to free coffee throughout the night. For more information, visit:
