TFF ’15 Event Report: Tribeca All Access Celebration & Cocktails

Written by: Alyssa | April 29th, 2015

This past weekend, Tribeca Film Festival 2015 brought together past and present grantees of the Tribeca All Access (TAA) Fund, members of the Tribeca Film Institute (TFI) and industry professionals for the Tribeca All Access cocktail reception.

Celebrating over ten years, TAA supports working filmmakers and producers who come from communities statistically underrepresented in the film industry. As an engine for diversity, TAA is a champion of the inclusion of authentic female and ethnic voices in film, whose work moves the conversation forward while speaking powerfully to both mainstream and underserved audiences and the larger global film landscape.

Some of the filmmakers who attended included Chanelle Aponte Pearson and Terence Nance (So Young, So Pretty, So White), and Pacho Velez (The Reagan Years).
